Bicycle rental was super convenient for exploring the area. Room maintenance really needs attention; shower leaked and towels were often not available.

Optimal selection for a quick stopover in Orlando with all in all brilliant value for money. Great location for Disney World.

Loved the location! Super close to all things Disney. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. The pool area was great too. There was a bit of a hiccup with housekeeping, though; they didn't really clean our room properly, which was kinda disappointing. Plus, the beds felt smaller than expected.

I chose Springhill Suites solely to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom, but the Disney Planning Center pleasantly surprised me with its helpfulness. The pool bar and grill provides a nice atmosphere, and the Fish of the Day dish was a standout option.

Exceptional pool area, with a convenient swim-up bar and attentive staff. The breakfast, though slightly slow, offers a good selection. The spacious, clean rooms and great location make it an ideal choice for families. I'd recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and all our special requests were handled smoothly. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a separate desk area and a secure door. The breakfast buffet was complete and met our needs. The pool and jacuzzi looked fantastic, and the other guests were well-behaved. The parking situation was resolved with additional spaces at the rear.
No fireworks and no refund for the extra money paid for a fireworks view.

we stayed at Springhill Suites for 5 days and it was worth it. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and economically priced. the front desk staff were professional and friendly, and the pool restaurant was convenient and served delicious food. the location was great, with easy access to the parks and nearby amenities.

the room was large and clean, and the location was super close to disney and epcot monorial area. the breakfast was good, and the restaurant stays open until 11 pm. the staff were really nice and helpful!

Spacious suites, delicious food at the bar by the pool, huge and free parking, close to Disney.
Felt safe and secure, no reason to complain.
